How to Fix Missing Page Title
What it is
The title is the short page name shown in browser tabs and often as the headline of a search result. It lives in the page code as a title tag.
Why it matters
- Without one, browsers and search engines have to guess a name for your page.
- A clear title helps people recognise the page in tabs, bookmarks and search results.
- Aim for a unique, descriptive title, ideally under about 60–70 characters.
How to fix it
- Decide on a short, descriptive title that includes what the page is about.
- Add it in your platform SEO settings, or in the head of your HTML.
- Make every page title different.
- Re-scan to confirm it is detected.
